Ekta Chandani is a litigation counsel based in New Delhi with over nine years of experience in white-collar crime, economic offences, and criminal defence. Her practice focuses on matters arising under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), Customs laws, GST laws, and other financial and regulatory statutes.

Currently a Senior Associate at Bhullar Law Firm, she represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Trial Courts, and Appellate Tribunals. She regularly advises on multi-agency investigations involving the Directorate of Enforcement (ED), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Directorate General of GST Intelligence (DGGI), Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), and other enforcement authorities.
